Earlier this month, Atlanta Business Chronicle announced Atlanta’s top 25 largest apartment management companies. We are proud to announce CARROLL secured the 13th spot, with more than 7,000 units managed in Atlanta alone.

The company, founded in 2004, manages more than 32,000 multifamily units across nine states representing $8.0 billion in assets under management and has purchased other multifamily owner/operators throughout the United States.
