ARIUM Recognized as a Finalist in the 2023 Content Marketing Awards

For the second time this year, ARIUM’s 2022 brand campaign receives recognition from a highly regarded industry association.

ARIUM, CARROLL’s multifamily brand, is elated to announce that its 2022 brand campaign was named as a finalist in the 2023 Content Marketing Awards in the category of “In-Person or Virtual (Event) Content Marketing Strategy.” The campaign, Sounds of Summer 2022, was designed to engage current residents in portfolio-wide concerts (and episodes via Facebook Live) to showcase and celebrate the community nature of the ARIUM brand. By showcasing content and stories from current residents over a 20-week period, we successfully created a series of organic brand moments, highlighting ways ARIUM aims to empower the lives of residents across the U.S.

This recognition comes on the heels of the marketing team receiving an AMY Award from the Atlanta chapter of the American Marketing Association in March 2023 in the category of “Best Event.” Given the success of Sounds of Summer 2022, the team is currently working on a 2023 brand campaign called Sounds of Summer 2023: All Roads Lead Home.
