Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council was introduced in 2020 as a pledge to meet change head-on and be a part of the growth in a changing social climate. Since its inception, the DE&I Council has been instrumental in sharing strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion plans with management teams, while sparking meaningful conversations throughout the company.

Learning & Development

Growth happens every day at CARROLL through learning and development processes. From proprietary training courses for on-site staff to access to industry-leading resources for all employees, we are committed to the ongoing success and development of our teams.


Giving is engrained in our core as a company and we remain diligent in our community outreach. In 2021, we made a pledge to help fight the homeless crisis, which has risen at an alarming rate in recent years. Through a donation to HOPE Atlanta, we were able to provide emergency housing, long-term housing, and assist veterans in attaining permanent housing. CARROLL and its managed communities have donated more than $11 million to our non-profit partners throughout the past three years and donated more than 2,600 volunteer hours across our teams.
