Atlanta Real Estate Investment Firm CARROLL Sells Sun Belt Apartment Portfolio for $885M
CARROLL transaction highlighted in the Atlanta Business Chronicle
Atlanta-based CARROLL and PGIM Real Estate sold 12 apartment complexes across Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee for $885.5 million.
The portfolio included complexes in Tampa, Orlando and Melbourne, Florida; Charlotte and Wilmington, North Carolina; and Nashville, Tennessee, according to a news release from CARROLL. The sale totals 3,564 units.
