Vice President | Development
Sean Griffin serves as Vice President of Development for CARROLL. In this role, Sean is responsible for identifying new development opportunities and ushering them through the closing, securing entitlements, as well as managing the entire development process.
Relevant Experience – Sean brings more than 20 years’ experience in real estate with an emphasis on acquisitions, development, construction, and portfolio management. Prior to joining CARROLL, Sean served as the Director/Vice President of Construction at The Hallmark Companies, an Atlanta-based holding company that facilitates a broad range of real estate services specific to multifamily properties. In this role he facilitated all aspects of acquisition, development, and construction activities on rehabilitation and new construction properties.
Education/Affiliations – Sean holds a Master of Science in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University, a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Kennesaw State University, and a Land Development Certification from Southern Polytechnic State University. He is a member of NMHC and holds a real estate brokers license in Georgia.
Interests – He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, fishing, and astrophotography.
