Laura Patterson serves as Vice President of Risk and Strategy for CARROLL. She drives strategic vision implementation & communication, cross-department collaboration, as well as compliance & risk reduction initiatives.

Relevant Experience – After nearly 20 years in finance developing expertise in compliance and operational efficiency, she migrated to multifamily initially focusing on improving operational efficiency and execution as well as customer experience in the senior living sector. Laura first joined CARROLL in early 2019 as the Director of Operations.

Education/Affiliations – Laura is a graduate of Georgia State University, where she received an B.S. in Psychology. She is an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and serves on CARROLL’s Atlanta Community Foodbank Food-a-Thon Committee.

Interests – Laura’s outside interests include Latin dance, running and OCR, live music, travel and spending time with family.
