Stefanie Bertcher serves as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations for CARROLL. In this role, Stefanie manages the relationships of all current and prospective investors. She produces the marketing and fundraising materials for the firm including the pitch book, track record, fund offering documents, and prospective investor presentations. She also runs the CARROLL’s Investor Portal and Virtual Data Room available to investors.

Stefanie leads both the Investor Relations & Reporting Teams. She oversees all aspects of the CARROLL Real Estate Fund Platform including the investor closing process, cash and subscription line management, quarterly distributions, cash flow projections, and the production of CARROLL’s Quarterly Investor Reporting Documents. Stefanie is the primary contact with all fund investors and handles all questions, requests, and due-diligence and quarterly questionnaires.

Relevant Experience – Stefanie spent 10 years with Morgan Stanley Real Estate, most recently serving as the Assistant Vice President of the Global Performance group. She helped lead the reporting and analysis of Morgan Stanley's private equity real estate funds with over $33B in assets under management to Investors, Consultants, and Senior Management. Stefanie's responsibilities included handling investor inquiries and requests for analysis, RFI's, consultant questionnaires, and database updates. Her team also prepared data for fundraising efforts and key investor meetings. In 2014, Stefanie spent 3 months in China setting up and training a team to assist with the reporting efforts of the group and the entire real estate investing division.

Education/Affiliations – Stefanie obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Georgia, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. While at the University of Georgia, Stefanie was awarded a four-year athletic scholarship to play soccer.
