Vice President | Asset Management
Easley Hooff serves as Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, he is responsible for optimizing asset performance, maintaining partner relationships, and internal reporting. Easley works with leadership to establish and execute the investment strategies to maximize performance and returns throughout the lifecycle of each deal. Within this context, he facilitates the implementation of value-add strategies, annual budgeting, and assists in portfolio insurance and tax management.
Relevant Experience – Easley held analyst positions with Cushman & Wakefield and Multi Housing Advisors prior to joining CARROLL in 2017. In these roles, he led the underwriting and valuation efforts for the Tennessee and Central to Coastal Georgia markets, providing quantitative and qualitative analysis for current owners and potential investors. His contributions led to more than $500 million in total sales volume and approximately 11,600 units sold between 2014 and 2017.
Education/Affiliations – Easley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Terry College of Business at University of Georgia as well as a joint JD/MBA from Terry and the University of Georgia School of Law.
Interests – He enjoys playing golf, coaching his two sons in various sports, and exploring the world with his wife, Lia.
