CARROLL Launches Sounds of Summer, A Singing Contest for ARIUM Residents

Residents Will Come Together and Compete for a Chance to Win Free Rent, Cash Prizes

This summer, ARIUM – CARROLL’s consumer brand – will be hosting ARIUM Presents: Sounds of Summer, a portfolio-wide singing competition for its residents. Throughout the course of 10 weeks, residents will showcase their talents, compete with one another, and have the opportunity to win free rent and cash prices. Each finalist will be flown to Atlanta for the in-person finale at Variety Playhouse on September 14 where they will take the stage with big name musicians.

The contest marks the second time the multifamily brand has organized a portfolio-wide competition for its residents. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they hosted an online competition, ARIUM Idol, to foster a sense of togetherness for its residents during lockdown.

CARROLL’s ARIUM brand was developed to provide residents with exceptional service that breaks down barriers that exist in apartment living so they can focus on what matters – their individual lives and goals. Sounds of Summer’s first episode airs on Wednesday, June 22, at 6:30 PM (EST) and will be streamed via Facebook Live.
